➤ Measles was detected in wastewater at the Sugar Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant today; however, Mecklenburg County Public Health said there are no confirmed cases in the area. Officials are monitoring the situation and advise residents to keep vaccinations up to date as five cases have been reported in nearby counties and an outbreak is ongoing in Spartanburg (SC).
