➤ The King of Spring Invitational—an event raising funds for the Headstrong Foundation—brings together local lacrosse teams and top high school squads from nearby states, with games held Friday, Mar. 6 and continuing today at Cornelius Road Park and Lake Norman High. Lake Norman Publications
➤ WBTV will cover the ACC men’s basketball tournament starting Tuesday, Mar. 10 at Spectrum Center in Uptown Charlotte, with special live shows supporting the tournament and culminating in its championship on Saturday, Mar. 14 (available on TV and mobile apps). WBTV
