Developers in the Charlotte area will soon break ground on new apartment complexes; Panorama Holdings will start building 434 market-rate units near uptown, and SunCap Property Group will launch a 199-unit project with retail and office space in Dilworth.
A 357-home community is also planned in Huntersville by Toll Brothers using nearly 94 acres (as part of regional developments that include affordable housing in east Charlotte).
