- ➤ Matt Gallagher of Blue Heel Development filed a rezoning application to build 31 single-family homes on an 8.25 acre lot at 19311 Old Statesville Road, a property owned by the Magee James Davis Trust. A community meeting to explain the project is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday July 22 at Town Hall—followed by an informational Town Board discussion on August 4. Cornelius Today
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ On July 7—11, 19 local middle school students attended Camp Build at the new Rosendin facility in Huntersville Business Park to learn skills like conduit bending, concrete pouring and wiring.
