- ➤ Residents in the Lake Norman area will see many events in November. They include a Bunco night on November 5 at Eleven Lakes Brewing, a play at the Cain Center from November 6 to November 16, a craft show on November 8 in Mooresville, a Veterans Day program on November 11, weekly farmers markets, holiday bazaars and food competitions on November 15, a Turkey Trot on November 27, and community celebrations on November 29 and November 30 (check schedules for times and locations). CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ The legendary rock band AC/DC—famed for high-energy shows—has added new North American tour dates for their Power Up tour, with the leg beginning in Charlotte on July 11 and stops in cities like Columbus and Madison. Tickets will go on sale Nov. 7. WSOCTV.com

GOVERNMENT NEWS

HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ A pair of Charlotte companies and several local municipalities were named Healthiest Employers for 2025—Compass Group and Premier Inc. earned first place while Huntersville received second place for its Employee Engagement Program featuring four annual events and a new diabetes program.
